What are the best running shoes for free?
i love free running and I want a good shoes cuz mine r shit …. Also can u give me some tips on some new moves thanks!
First off, go to your local shoe store, specialize in providing special shoes built for running. Do not go to Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, or anything like that. Then, examine your foot and give a lot of shoes to try. Usually, stores have a treadmill run in them. Therefore, running a couple of miles more or less the same to get an idea of the shoe. Only buy if you experience NO pain anywhere. Take those home. But do not run out yet! Run a few times on the tape before leaving. If run on a treadmill and decide you do not like the shoes, you can always return them. You can, if you've run outside. If they feel good, run outside. Now, sneakers are all about personal preference. I may like a shoe that you hate. That's okay. Each person is different. I run in Asics 2120, and I love them. Good brand of athletic shoes are Asics, Saucony, Mizuno, etc. Just you have to go by what feels best for you. Well, I hope you get some big shoes! Good luck and happy running!
